on the antigenic composition of the vaccine for vaccination of persons over 65 years of age against influenza
The Ministry of Health pursuant to § 30 (2) (i) of Act No. 48 / 1997 Coll., on Public Health Insurance and amending and supplementing certain related laws, as amended, provides for the antigenic composition of paid vaccines for vaccinations of persons over 65 years of age against influenza:
1) Three-valent or four-valent influenza vaccine (split virion, inactivated)
One dose of the three-valent vaccine contains the following strains according to the World Health Organisation (WHO) recommendations for the Northern Hemisphere every year and the EU recommendations for the current season:
| varianta kmene viru chřipky typu A (subtyp H1N1)pdm09 | 60 mikrogramů HA, |
| varianta kmene viru chřipky typu A (subtyp H3N2) | 60 mikrogramů HA, |
| varianta kmene viru chřipky typu B (patřící do linie B/Victoria/2/87) | 60 mikrogramů HA. |
In the case of a four-valent vaccine, in addition to the strains for the three-valent vaccine, the strain also contains:
| varianta kmene viru chřipky typu B (patřící do linie B/Yamagata/16/88) | 60 mikrogramů HA. |
2) Three-valent or four-valent influenza vaccine (recombinant)
One dose of the three-valent vaccine contains the following strains according to the World Health Organisation (WHO) recommendations for the Northern Hemisphere every year and the EU recommendations for the current season:
| varianta kmene viru chřipky typu A (subtyp H1N1)pdm09 | 45 mikrogramů HA, |
| varianta kmene viru chřipky typu A (subtyp H3N2) | 45 mikrogramů HA, |
| varianta kmene viru chřipky typu B (patřící do linie B/Victoria/2/87) | 45 mikrogramů HA. |
In the case of a four-valent vaccine, in addition to the strains for the three-valent vaccine, the strain also contains:
| varianta kmene viru chřipky typu B (patřící do linie B/Yamagata/16/88) | 45 mikrogramů HA. |
3) Three-valent or four-valent influenza vaccine (surface antigen, inactivated, adjuvanted)
One dose of the three-valent vaccine contains the following strains according to the World Health Organisation (WHO) recommendations for the Northern Hemisphere every year and the EU recommendations for the current season:
| varianta kmene viru chřipky typu A (subtyp H1N1)pdm09 | 15 mikrogramů HA, |
| varianta kmene viru chřipky typu A (subtyp H3N2) | 15 mikrogramů HA, |
| varianta kmene viru chřipky typu B (patřící do linie B/Victoria/2/87) | 15 mikrogramů HA. |

| varianta kmene viru chřipky typu A (subtyp H3N2) | 15 mikrogramů HA, |
| varianta kmene viru chřipky typu B (patřící do linie B/Victoria/2/87) | 15 mikrogramů HA. |
In the case of a four-valent vaccine, in addition to the strains for the three-valent vaccine, the strain also contains:
| varianta kmene viru chřipky typu B (patřící do linie B/Yamagata/16/88) | 15 mikrogramů HA. |
The Communication from the Ministry of Health No 473 / 2021 Coll., on the antigenic composition of the paid vaccines for vaccination of persons over 65 years of age against influenza, is deleted.
