GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 14 October 2019
amending Government Regulation No 347 / 2016 Coll., on the rates of fees for professional activities of the State Office for Nuclear Safety
The Government mandates pursuant to § 39 (4) of Act No. 263 / 2016 Coll., Atomic Act:
Čl. I
In Government Decree No. 347 / 2016 Coll., on fees for the professional activities of the State Office for Nuclear Safety, Section 3, including the title:
„§ 3
Maintenance fee rate
Maintenance fee rate
(a) pursuant to Article 36 (2) (a) (1) of the Atomic Act, for each calendar month in which the fee obligation of the holder of the permit to operate has been maintained:
1. energy nuclear equipment with a rated heat output of more than 50 MW, 2 896 000 CZK,
2. research nuclear equipment with rated heat output up to 50 MW, 1,400 CZK,
3. enrichment plant, nuclear fuel plant or plant for reprocessing spent nuclear fuel, 934 000 CZK,
4th storage of spent nuclear fuel from energy nuclear equipment, 323000 CZK,
5th storage of spent nuclear fuel from research nuclear equipment, 1,400 CZK,
6. storage of radioactive waste, with the exception of facilities for the storage of radioactive waste, which is part of another nuclear installation or another workplace where radiation activity is carried out, CZK 117 000,
7. storage of radioactive waste, except for storage containing exclusively natural radionuclides, 241000 CZK,
(b) according to Article 36 (2) (a) (2) of the Atomic Act, for each calendar month in which the fee obligation of the holder of the authorisation to operate the III-category workplace for activities related to the acquisition of radioactive mineral, with the exception of decontamination stations on closed bearings, is 48 000 CZK,
(c) according to Paragraph 36 (2) (b) (2) of the Atomic Act, for each calendar month in which the fee obligation of the holder of the permit for each phase of decommissioning of a Category III workplace for activities related to the acquisition of radioactive mineral, with the exception of decontamination stations on closed bearings, is CZK 161 000. "
Čl. II
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2020.
