DECLARATION
of 23 June 2005
on the template for the submission of the annual financial report by political parties and political movements to the Chamber of Deputies
According to Article 18 (4) of Act No. 424 / 1991 Coll., on association in political parties and political movements, as amended by Act No. 556 / 2004 Coll.:
Model form for submission of the annual financial report by political parties and political movements The Chamber of Deputies is annexed to this decree.
Repeal
Decree No. 456 / 2001 Coll., on the model form for the submission of the Annual Financial Report by political parties and political movements to the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, is hereby repealed.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 2005.
