GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 15 November 1995
amending and supplementing Government Decree No. 86 / 1993 Coll., on the personal benefits provided by spiritual churches and religious societies
According to Article 3 (2) of Act No. 218 / 1949 Coll., on Economic Security of Churches and Religious Companies, the Government hereby orders:
Government Decree No. 86 / 1993 Coll., on the personal benefits provided by the spiritual church and religious societies, is amended as follows:
1. Article 1 (3), including Notes 1), (1a), (1b) and (1c), shall read as follows:
"(3) Until the period applicable for the inclusion of a clergyman in the grade (hereinafter referred to as" deductible practice ') of the relevant grade, the period of time shall be credited to:
(a) the exercise of spiritual activity;
(b) the exercise of military basic (replacement) service and civil service to the extent provided for by the special law for the exercise of military basic (substitute) service;
(c) maternity and other maternity leave or permanent childcare, to the extent appropriate to the length of maternity or other maternity leave in force at the time of such care under a special provision, (1) if the woman was not preparing for a profession at the same time in the daily student1a), or for the duration of personal care of a long-term disabled minor who required exceptional care, unless she was placed in an institution for such children, but up to a maximum of six years,
(d) for which he was a clergyin the execution of a custodial sentence if the judicial decision on the basis of which he served a custodial sentence has been annulled under the Special Act 1b (b) and the period during which he was unable to carry out spiritual activity due to an invalid employment act, 1c)
(e) other practice to the extent that the knowledge and experience acquired are applicable to the exercise of spiritual activity, but not more than two thirds.

1b) Act No. 119 / 1990 Coll., on Judicial Rehabilitation, as amended by Act No. 47 / 1991 Coll. and Act No. 633 / 1992 Coll. Act No. 198 / 1993 Coll., on the illegality and resistance of the Communist regime.
1c) § 21 of Act No. 87 / 1991 Coll., on extrajudicial rehabilitation. '
2. the following paragraph 7 is added to Article 1:
"(7) For the months of June and November, the basic salary laid down in Annex No 2, or adjusted in accordance with paragraph 5, second sentence, shall be double. ';
Article 3 (2) (1) reads as follows:
"(1) It is for the management to receive a spiritual grade allowance of:

4. Annex No 1 The inclusion of spiritual activities in grades, I.
"Independent and helpful spiritual administrators, pastoral assistants."
5. Annex No. 1 The inclusion of spiritual activities in the grades, II. - V. the grade, letter A. Roman Catholic and Greek Catholic Church, grade IV, reads:
"IV. Capitul, Vicar General and Diocese Administrators, Bishops' sanctimonious, Secretary General of the Bishopric Conference, higher performance of the religious communities,"
6. Annex No. 1 The inclusion of spiritual activities in the grades, II. - V. the grade, letter C. the Evangelical Church, Grade IV:
"IV. seniors, senior secretaries of the Council of syndons, Head of the Vicariate Commission,"
7. Annex No. 1 The inclusion of spiritual activities in the grades, II. - V. the grade, letter F. the Old Catholic Church, level II, reads:
"II. independent spiritual administrators, secretary of the bishop's office,."
8. Annex No 1 Classification of spiritual activities into grades, II. - V. grade, the title of the letter G is:
"G. Silesian Evangelical Church a.v., Lutheran Evangelical Church a.v."
9. Annex 2 shall read as follows:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 December 1995.
