DECLARATION
of 14 July 2021
amending Decree No. 107 / 2005 Coll., on school meals, as amended
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 35 (3), § 121 (1), § 122 (5) and § 123 (5) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 333 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 82 / 2015 Coll., Act No. 178 / 2016 Coll. and Act No. 101 / 2017 Coll., and in agreement with the Ministry of Health under § 121 (2) of the Education Act:
Decree No. 107 / 2005 Coll., on school meals, as amended by Decree No. 107 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 463 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 17 / 2015 Coll. and Decree No. 210 / 2017 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2 (9), at the end of the first sentence, the words "and with the exception of the school of the forest 'shall be added.
2. In Article 3, the dot is replaced by a comma at the end of paragraph 1 and the following point (d) is added:
"(d) the school of the forest."
3. In Article 3 (2), the words "except for the school of forest 'shall be inserted after the words" meals'.
4. In Article 3 (3), at the end of the text of the first sentence, the words "or forest nursery dispensary 'shall be added.
5. In Section 3, at the end of the text of paragraph 4, the words "or forest nursery dispensary 'shall be added.
6. In Article 3 (5), the words "or the school of forest school 'shall be inserted after the word" dispensary' and after the word "dispensary 'and the words" or for one school of forest school'.
7. In Article 5 (4), the words "child or 'shall be inserted after the words" legal representative' and the words "student 'shall be inserted after the words" child or'.
8. In Section 5, paragraph 5, the amount "300 CZK 'is replaced by" 400 CZK'.
9. In Annex 1, paragraph 7 becomes paragraph 6.
10. Annex 2 shall read as follows:

The upper limit for the purchase of food may be increased by up to 50% for the class-members with sports focus, sports training and conservatory participants preparing dance. The resulting amount shall be rounded up to the nearest crown.
Boarders are included in age groups for the school year in which they reach the age referred to in points 1 to 4. '
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 2021.
