DECLARATION

amending and repealing certain legislation on the publication of specially protected territories
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to Article 19 (2) of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the Establishment of Ministries and other Central Authorities of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 173 / 1989 Coll., Act No. 288 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 23 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 167 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 474 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 21 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 289 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 76 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 162 / 2003 Coll., and Act No. 71 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 76 / 2017 Coll.
The decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic of 21 December 1987 No 17.094 / 87-VI / 2 on the declaration of protection for certain national natural reserves and protected sites is amended as follows:
1. In Section 1, entries 26 "for the reservation of the" New Doomske Peat "and its protection zone in Annex XXVI," 39 "for the reservation of" Soos "in Annex XXXIX" and 49. "for the reservation of" Great Špičák "in Annex XLIX" are deleted.
2. Annexes XXVI, XXXIX and XLIX are deleted.
Decree of the Ministry of Education and Culture of 8 July 1960 No 26.708 / 60- / 2 on the establishment of the State Natural Reservations "Networking," cadastral territory of Nové Hradec Králové, district Hradec Králové; "The Black Side ', the cadastral territory of Nové Hradec Kralove, the district of Hradec Kralove;" U imperial well, "the cadastral territory of Nové Hradec Králové, the district of Hradec Králové and" Častovec, "the cadastral territory of Bělek nad Orlicí, the district of Hradec Králové, the region of East Bohemia is amended as follows:
1. In the title of the Decree, the words "Network ', the cadastral territory of Nové Hradec Králové, the district of Hradec Králové;' are deleted.
2. In the opening sentence of the yield, the word "Network," shall be deleted.
3. The sentence "Reservation of the" Network "is situated in the cation. area of Nové Hradec Králové, the district of Hradec Králové, on parcel no. 942 / 20 part, in the perimeter of the forest race in Hořice, in the grooming of Nové Hradec Králové, department 104 and the total area of 8,14 ha." is deleted.
Repeal
They shall be deleted:
1. Order of the Regional National Committee in Cheb of 28 April 1961, which was announced as a protected natural creation "Iron Heights."
2. Decree of the Regional National Committee in Cologne of 17 December 1987 determining the protected natural creation "In the Pond."
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2019.
