implementing certain provisions of the Act on the collection of selected data for the purposes of monitoring and managing public finances
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 3 paragraphs 1 and 3, § 4 paragraph 1, § 5 paragraph 1 and § 6 paragraph 1 of Act No. 25 / 2017 Coll., on the collection of selected data for the purposes of monitoring and management of public finances:
Subject matter
This decree regulates the structure of the data submitted by the person concerned to the Ministry for the purposes of monitoring and management of public finances and sets the amount pursuant to Article 3 (3) of Act No. 25 / 2017 Coll., on the collection of selected data for the purposes of monitoring and management of public finances ("the Act ').
Structure of data submitted
(1) The structure of the data submitted pursuant to Articles 3 (1) and 4 (1) of the Act is set out in Annex 1 to this Decree.
(2) The structure of the data submitted pursuant to Article 5 (1) of the Act is laid down in Annex 2 to this Decree.
(3) The structure of the data submitted pursuant to Article 6 (1) of the Act is laid down in Annex 3 to this Decree.
The average amount of the total annual costs according to Section 3 (3) of the Act is CZK 600,000.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2018.
