on the imposition of a Collective contract of higher degree and Appendix 2 to a Collective contract of higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, was imposed on him between 16.7.2012 and 31.7.2012, this collective agreement of higher degree and Appendix 2 to the Collective contract of higher degree:
1. Collective contract of higher degree, concluded on 20 June 2012 for the period from 1 July 2012 to 30 June 2016 between the Contracting Parties
The Bank and Insurance Union
and
Union of money and insurance workers.
2. Appendix 2 to the Collective Higher Level Agreement for the forestry sector in the Czech Republic, concluded on 28 June 2012 for the years 2010- 2012 between the Contracting Parties
Czech Association of Employers in Forestry
and
The trade union of workers of the woodworking industry, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic.
