GOVERNMENT REGULATION

of 24 September 2007

amending Government Regulation No. 484 / 2006 Coll., on the amount of time charges and the toll rates for use of designated roads

The Government orders pursuant to § 46 paragraph 1 of Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., on Road, as amended by Act No. 102 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 80 / 2006 Coll.:

Čl. I

In Government Decree No. 484 / 2006 Coll., on the amount of time fees and the toll rates for use of designated infrastructure, Section 2, including the title:

„§ 2

Amount of the time fee

The time charge for the use of infrastructure by a road motor vehicle with at least four wheels (hereinafter referred to as "motor vehicle ') or a combination of vehicles shall be:

(a) per calendar year for a motor vehicle or combination

1.	do největší povolené hmotnosti 3,5 tuny	1 000 Kč,
2.	o největší povolené hmotnosti nad 3,5 tuny do největší povolené hmotnosti méně než 12 tun	8 000 Kč,

(b) for 1 month for a motor vehicle or combination

1.	do největší povolené hmotnosti 3,5 tuny	330 Kč,
2.	o největší povolené hmotnosti nad 3,5 tuny do největší povolené hmotnosti méně než 12 tun	2 000 Kč,

1.	do největší povolené hmotnosti 3,5 tuny	220 Kč,
2.	o největší povolené hmotnosti nad 3,5 tuny do největší povolené hmotnosti méně než 12 tun	750 Kč.“.

Čl. II

Transitional provision

Coupons showing the payment of the time fee for 1 month or 7 days, the validity of which starts in 2007, shall be sold by the end of this year for a time fee of the amount referred to in Article 2 (b) and (c) of Decree-Law No 484 / 2006 Coll., on the amount of the time fees and the toll rates for use of designated roads, as effective by the date of entry into force of this Regulation.

Efficacy

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 December 2007.
