GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 4 September 2024
on the amount of the assessment basis for public health insurance premiums paid by the State for 2025
The Government hereby orders pursuant to § 3c (2) of Act No. 592 / 1992 Coll., on Insurance against Public Health Insurance, as amended by Act No. 260 / 2022 Coll.:
The assessment basis for insurance premiums paid by the State for the person for whom, under the law governing public health insurance, the State is the payer of insurance premiums is set at CZK 15 749 per calendar month for 2025.
Repeal
Government Decree No 288 / 2023 Coll., on the amount of the assessment basis for public health insurance premiums paid by the State for 2024, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2025.
