DECLARATION
of 23 August 2013
on the issue of commemorative silver two hundred crowns for the 100th anniversary of the birth of Josef Bicana
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 22 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll.:
(1) On 11 September 2013, the 100th anniversary of the birth of the football player Josef Bicana is issued with a commemorative silver coin of CZK 200 (hereinafter referred to as the "two hundred crowns").
(2) Two hundred koruna is issued in the normal version and in a special version with polished field of coin and matte relief (hereinafter "special version").
(3) The two-hundred korona in normal and special design is rolled from an alloy containing 925 parts of silver and 75 parts of copper. The weight of the 2-hundredth crown is 13 g, its diameter 31 mm and the force 2,3 mm. In the case of an embossing of two hundred crowns in normal and special design, the tolerance shall be 0,1 mm in diameter and 0,15 mm in thickness. In mass, the tolerance shall be up to 0,26 g and in the silver content shall be up to 1%. The edge of two hundred crowns in normal design is serrated, the edge of two hundred crowns in special design is smooth with the feature "CZECH NATIONAL BANKA * Ag 0.925 * 13 g *."
(1) On the front of the two-hundred crown, Josef Bican is in Slavia's football club jersey in the background of a split shield with a five-point star. At the left, bottom and right edges of the two-hundred crown, the name of the state is "CZECH REPUBLIC" and the denomination of the coin with the abbreviation "200 CZK." The texts are separated by a dot. The brand of the Czech Mint consisting of the composition of the letters "No" and "M" is at the upper edge of the two-hundred crown.
(2) On the reverse side of the two hundred crown is a portrait of Josef Bican. At the right edge of the two hundred crown is a copy of "JOSEF BICAN." At the left edge of the two hundred crown, the years are "1913" and "2013." The number "1913" is bounded by dots. After the year "2013," the initials of the author are two hundred crowns, Mgr. Petr Horák, which are composed of the associated letters "HP."
(3) The picture of the two hundred crown is given in the annex to this decree.
This Decree shall take effect on 11 September 2013.
