Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

Dissemination of pornography
(1) Who pornographic work written, photographic, film, computer, electronic or other such work
(a) offer, leave or make available to the child; or
(b) in a place which is accessible, exhibited or otherwise accessible to children,
be punished by deprivation of liberty for up to two years, prohibition of activity or forfeiture of a cause or other property value.
(2) Those who produce, import, export, perform, offer, make publicly available, mediate, put into circulation, sell or otherwise procure photographic, film, computer, electronic or other pornographic works,
(a) which displays or otherwise uses a child;
(b) showing violence or disrespect for a person; or
(c) which shows or otherwise shows sexual contact with the animal,
or the spoils of such a pornographic work will be punished by deprivation of liberty for six months to three years, the prohibition of activity or the forfeiture of a thing or other property value.
(3) By withdrawing liberty for two years to six years, the offender shall be punished if he commits the act referred to in paragraph 1 or 2.
(a) as a member of an organised group;
(b) printing, film, radio, television, publicly accessible computer networks or other similarly efficient means; or
(c) intend to obtain a significant benefit for himself or for others.
(4) By withdrawing liberty for three years to eight years, the offender shall be punished if he commits the act referred to in paragraph 1 or 2.
(a) as a member of an organised group operating in several States; or
(b) intended to obtain for himself or for any other benefit a large extent. ';
2. The following Sections 205a and 205b are inserted after Section 205:
Preservation of child pornography
Anyone who holds a photographic, film, computer, electronic or other pornographic work, which depicts or otherwise uses a child, will be punished by deprivation of liberty for up to two years.
Abuse of a child for the production of pornography
(1) Any person who causes, hires, lures, tempts, seduces or uses a child to produce a pornographic work or prey from the participation of a child in such a pornographic work shall be punished by deprivation of liberty for one year to five years.
(2) By withdrawing liberty for two years to six years, the offender shall be punished if he commits the act referred to in paragraph 1.
(a) as a member of an organised group; or
(b) intended to gain a significant benefit for itself or for others.
(3) By withdrawing liberty for three years to eight years, the offender shall be punished if he commits the act referred to in paragraph 1.
(a) as a member of an organised group operating in several States; or
(b) intended to obtain for himself or for any other benefit a large extent. ';
Efficacy
That law shall take effect on the first day of the second calendar month following its publication.
