DECLARATION
of 22 June 2005
amending Decree No 576 / 2004 Coll., establishing a Statistical Survey Programme for 2005
The Czech Statistical Office provides pursuant to § 27 (b) of Act No. 89 / 1995 Coll., on the State Statistical Service, as amended by Act No. 411 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 81 / 2004 Coll., (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") for the implementation of Article 10 (1) of the Act:
Decree No 576 / 2004 Coll., establishing the Statistical Survey Programme for 2005, is amended as follows:
In Annex 1, the title of point 128 is added after the title of point 127 "127. Direct survey - Weekly survey of prices of agricultural producers and prices of producers in the food industry ':" 128. ZAPO 2005 Questionnaire on the conditions for setting up undertakings' and the following point 128 is inserted after the text of point 127:

1. Purpose and content of statistical surveys
Purpose of statistical surveys:
Data on the conditions for setting up businesses in the Czech Republic for the purposes of an international project.
Characteristics of indicators collected:
Data characterising the conditions for setting up the company and the profile of the founder, the economic situation of the company at the time of the investigation and the expected development of the company next year.
2. Regiment of reporting agents subject to reporting requirements
Selected legal and natural persons registered in the register of economic operators - economically active between 2002 and 2005, except those operating under the NACE
- Section A (agriculture, hunting, forestry)
- Section B (fisheries and aquaculture)
- section L (public administration and defence; compulsory social security).
3. Method of statistical survey
Form of the statistical survey: questionnaire
Method used: sampling
4. Periodicity and time limits to provide individual data
Periodicity of statistical surveys: single surveys
Reporting deadline: within 10 days of receipt of the questionnaire

This Decree shall take effect on 1 August 2005.
