GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 2 November 1994
declaring a binding part of the territorial plan of the "Ingolstadt pipeline"
The Government pursuant to Article 29 (2) of Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended by Act No. 262 / 1992 Coll., provides:
The construction of the Ingolstadt pipeline as defined in the Annex to this Regulation shall be of public benefit.
The territorial plan of the "Ingolstadt pipeline ', approved by Government Resolution No 612 of 2 November 1994, is deposited with the district offices of Tachov, Pilsen-North, Rakovnik, Kladno and the Ministry of Economy.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
