amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 549 / 1991 Coll., on Judicial Charges and Excerpt of the Criminal Register
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
The Act of the Czech National Council No. 549 / 1991 Coll., on the judicial fees and charge for the extract from the criminal record is amended as follows:
1. In Article 7 (1), the following words shall be replaced at the end of the period by a semicolon and shall be inserted after the semicolon: "In commercial matters, the fee shall be payable on the basis of the court's request, 2a) three days after the date of receipt of the invitation, unless the fee is paid by stamp marks."
2. In Article 7 (4), the following sentence is inserted after the first sentence:
"In commercial matters, in such cases the fee shall be payable within the period and under the conditions laid down in paragraph 1. ';
3. In the first sentence of Section 8, the following shall be inserted after the words "1000 Ccs':" and in cases of trade 5000 Ccs, '.
4. In the introductory sentence of Article 9 (1), the following words are inserted after the words "initiation of proceedings':" or at the request of the competent court '.
5. In the introductory sentence of Article 10 (2), the following words are inserted after the words "initiation of proceedings':" or at the request of the competent court '.
6. in Article 11 (1), paragraph (c) shall be deleted;
The scale of the court fees listed in the Annex to the Act of the Czech National Council No. 549 / 1991 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In item 1, point 9 is deleted from the notes.
2. in entry 19, the following is inserted after the words "other judicial files':
3. In item 22, the note in point 1 reads:
"1. The fee shall not be paid for the verification of the copies of documents required for the purposes of the registration of real estate legal relations. Such copies shall, however, indicate the purpose for which they were drawn up. ';
4. the following entries 24A and 24B are inserted after entry 24:
"Heading 24A
| Z návrhu na přijetí movitých věcí do úschovy za účelem splnění závazku, z ceny věcí 1 % | nejméně 50 Kčs |
Item 24B
| Z návrhu na umoření listiny | 200 Kčs“. |
This Law shall take effect on 1 January 1993.
