of 30 November 2018
on the publication of the National Natural Monuments of Železná hůrka and the establishment of its closer protection conditions
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (5) (g) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape, as amended by Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 123 / 2017 Coll. and Act No. 225 / 2017 Coll.:
Announcement of a national natural monument
(1) The National Natural Monument of Železná hůrka ("the National Natural Monument") is announced.
(2) A natural department, as defined in paragraph 3, shall be declared a national natural monument for the protection of:
(a) grassland ecosystems of meadows and pastures and dry lawns;
(b) biotopes of rare and endangered species of biotopes and alpine (Polygala chamaebuxus) species, including their populations,
(c) to the rest of a pleistocene volcano with pyroclastic rock and volcanic tube positions.
(3) The national natural monument is situated in the territory of the Karlovy Vary Region, in the cadastral territory of Mýtina I. The boundary of the national natural monument is determined by a closed geometric pattern with direct sides whose vertices are determined by coordinates of the uniform trigonometric network of the cadastral1). The list of coordinates of the vertices of the geometric pattern as they follow in the pattern is given in Annex 1 to this decree.
(4) An indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national natural monument and its protection zone is given in Annex 2 to this decree.
Closer protection conditions
The whole territory of the national natural heritage can only be approved by the nature conservation authority
(a) permit or make changes to the types of land or to their exploitation (2);
(b) permit or carry out construction, permit or carry out changes to completed structures or changes to buildings before they are completed or place construction, advertising or information equipment;
(c) permit or carry out geological work linked to the earth's surface;
(d) fertilise land or use chemicals or chemical mixtures;
(e) store items;
(f) establish new feeding facilities or slanisks;
(g) to feed or bait animals outside the feeding establishment;
(h) indicate cycling or hiking routes; or
(i) driving vehicles; consent is not required for vehicles of the essential components of the integrated rescue system3) and the armed forces of the Czech Republic in the performance of their tasks, vehicles of other public authorities in the exercise of their responsibilities in the field of public administration, vehicles needed to ensure the management and care of the land and vehicles needed for veterinary care.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2019.
