DECLARATION
of 7 October 2015
amending Decree No 352 / 2008 Coll., on the details of the management of waste from cars, selected cars, the manner in which they are kept and the register of waste arising from the collection and processing of cars and on the information system for the monitoring of the flows of selected cars (on the details of the handling of cars), as amended
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 37b (2) and § 39 (12) (b) of Act No. 185 / 2001 Coll., on waste and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 188 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 7 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 314 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 34 / 2008 Coll., ("the Act '):
Annexes 3 and 4 to Decree No 352 / 2008 Coll., on the details of the management of waste from cars, selected cars, the way in which they are kept and the records of waste arising from the facilities for collecting and processing cars and on the information system for monitoring the flows of selected cars (on the details of the management of cars), as amended by Decree No. 54 / 2010 Coll., read:
