DECLARATION
of 27 August 2013
amending Decree No 85 / 2008 Coll., establishing a list of active substances and excipients which may be used for the preparation of medicinal products
The Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Agriculture provides, pursuant to § 114 (2) and for the implementation of § 79 (8) (a) of Act No. 378 / 2007 Coll., on Medicines and on amendments to certain related laws (Act on Medicines):
Decree No 85 / 2008 Coll., establishing the list of active substances and excipients which may be used for the preparation of medicinal products, shall be amended as follows:
1. In the Annex, the following is inserted after the entry "CAMPHORA RACEMICA CAFR RACEMICA ':
| „CANNABIS INDICAE FLOS | KVĚT KONOPÍ INDICKÉHO, |
| CANNABIS SATIVAE FLOS | KVĚT KONOPÍ SETÉHO, |
| CAPSAICINUM | KAPSAICIN“. |
2. in the Annex, the following entry is inserted after the entry "GLUCAGON HUMANUM GLUKAGON HUMAN HUKAGON HUMAN ':
| „GLUCOSI DINATRII 1-PHOSPHATE | DISODNÁ SŮL GLUKOSY-1-FOSFÁTU“. |
3. In the Annex, the following entry is inserted after the entry "GLUCOSUM MONOHYDRICUM GLUKOSA MONOHYDRATE ':

4. In the Annex, the following entry is inserted after the entry "HAMAMELIDIS FOLIUM VILLINE LIST ':

Final provision
This Decree was notified in accordance with Directive 98 / 34 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 June 1998 laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical standards and regulations for information society services, as amended.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
