DECLARATION
of 7 September 2011
amending Decree No. 428 / 2010 Coll., determining the circle of foreigners who may reside in the transit area of an international airport in the Czech Republic only on the basis of an airport transit visa
The Ministry of the Interior, after consulting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, provides for Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 427 / 2010 Coll.:
The Annex to Decree No. 428 / 2010 Coll., establishing a circle of foreigners who may reside in the transit area of an international airport in the Czech Republic only on the basis of an airport transit visa issued, reads:
"Annex to Decree No 428 / 2010 Coll.
List of States whose nationals or foreigners are holders of travel documents issued by them may reside in the transit area of an international airport in the Czech Republic only on the basis of an airport transit visa issued

Efficacy
