DECLARATION
of 30 May 2006
amending Decree No. 308 / 2003 Coll., determining the amounts by which, for the purposes of social needs, the minimum living requirement of persons whose health needs increased diet costs
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to § 2 paragraph 1 of Act No. 482 / 1991 Coll., on Social Needs, as amended by Act No. 280 / 2003 Coll.:
Paragraph 1 of Decree No. 308 / 2003 Coll., which sets out the amounts by which, for social needs, the living minimum of persons whose health needs increased dietary costs is increased, paragraph 1, including footnote 1:
"(1) The amount required to ensure the nutrition and other essential personal needs of a citizen provided for by special legislation1) (hereinafter referred to as the" personal needs amount ") shall be increased monthly for the purposes of social needs for persons whose medical condition, as recommended by the competent medical practitioner, requires increased dietary catering costs:
| a) u diety nízkobílkovinné | o 850 Kč, |
| b) u diety při dialýze | o 850 Kč, |
| c) u diety pankreatické | o 900 Kč, |
| d) u diety nízkocholesterolové při hypercholesterolemii nebo hyperlipoproteinemii | o 900 Kč, |
| e) u diety diabetické | o 1 000 Kč, |
| f) u diety při onemocnění fenylketonurií | o 2 000 Kč, |
| g) u diety při onemocnění celiakií | o 2 400 Kč. |

This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2006.
