On 11 July 2001, the Constitutional Court decided, in plenary, on a proposal from the Regional Office in Kladno to repeal the generally binding Stochov Decree of 19 June 2000 on the safeguarding of public order in the city
as follows:
The general binding order of the City of Stochov of 19 June 2000 on the security of public order in the city is hereby repealed.
