DECLARATION
Ministry of Finance
of 11 November 1998
on exemption from the administrative fee
According to Section 12 of Act No. 368 / 1992 Coll., on Administrative Charges, as amended by Act No. 273 / 1994 Coll.:
Natural or legal persons directly affected by a natural disaster in the territory of the Czech Republic shall be exempt from the administrative fee if they are carried out as a result of this natural disaster by a tariff-based act which is an integral part of the Act on Administrative Charges. 1)
Repeal
Order No 131 / 1996 Coll., on exemption from the administrative charge, is hereby repealed.
This decree shall take effect on 1 December 1998.
