Paragraph 99 (10) of Part 15 reads as follows:
"(10) Graduates of post-graduate studies who have obtained the academic-scientific degree" Doctor "under Section 22 of Act No. 172 / 1990 Coll. may apply to the university concerned for the replacement of the abbreviation" Dr. "by the abbreviation" Ph.D. "in theology by the abbreviation" Th.D. "A certificate of replacement of the academic-scientific degree shall be issued to them on request by the university responsible. ';
