on the publication of the date of entry into force of the Agreement on the conditions for withdrawal from the European Union of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
The Ministry of the Interior, pursuant to Article 30 (3) of Act No. 74 / 2019 Coll., on the modification of certain relations in connection with the withdrawal of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from the European Union, announces that on 1 February 2020 an agreement on the conditions for withdrawal of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from the European Union, agreed pursuant to Article 50 (2) of the Treaty on European Union, enters into force.
The Treaty on European Union and the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union shall cease to apply to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on the date of entry into force of the Agreement.

1) Pursuant to Article 30 (2) of Act No. 74 / 2019 Coll., on the modification of certain relations in connection with the withdrawal of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from the European Union, the Act expires on the date of entry into force of the Agreement on the conditions for withdrawal of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from the European Union.
