amending Decree No 383 / 2001 Coll., on details of waste management, as amended
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 18 (11) of Act No. 185 / 2001 Coll., on Waste and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 383 / 2008 Coll.:
In Article 8 (5) of Decree No 383 / 2001 Coll., on the details of the management of waste, as amended by Decree No 478 / 2008 Coll., the words "and waste for which purchase or purchase may not be made in cash 'are deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 March 2015.
