repealing Decree No. 26 / 2013 Coll., amending Decree No. 448 / 2009 Coll., laying down health requirements for cosmetic products, as amended
The Ministry of Health provides, pursuant to § 10 paragraph 1 and § 24 of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the state administration of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 60 / 1988 Coll., Act No. 203 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 474 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 272 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 362 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 297 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 375 / 2011 Coll.:
Decree No. 26 / 2013 Coll., amending Decree No. 448 / 2009 Coll., laying down health requirements for cosmetic products, as amended, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 28 February 2014.
