DECLARATION
of 17 January 2012
amending Decree of the Ministry of Transport and Communications No. 31 / 2001 Coll., on driving licences and on the register of drivers, as amended
The Ministry of Transport provides pursuant to § 137 (2) of Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll., on road traffic and on amendments to certain laws (Road Traffic Act), as amended by Act No. 478 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 53 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 411 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 226 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 480 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 133 / 2011 Coll., for implementation of § 87a paragraph 9 of the Act:
Decree No. 31 / 2001 Coll., on driving licences and on the register of drivers, as amended by Decree No. 154 / 2003 Coll., Decree No. 177 / 2004 Coll. and Decree No. 194 / 2006 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In the introductory sentence of the Decree, the words "§ 87a (9) 'shall be inserted after the word" implementation'.
2. The following Section 18a is inserted after Section 18, including the title:
Equipment necessary for the proper conduct of the transport psychological examination
(1) Equipment necessary for the proper conduct of transport psychological examination shall include:
(a) the examination room by psychological diagnostic techniques;
(b) the examination room by other techniques;
(c) waiting room, reception or other appropriate facilities;
(d) psychological diagnostic techniques and standardised test systems enabling
1. assessment of the personality characteristics of the subject;
2. instrumentation examination of level and quality of attention, coordination, speed and accuracy of sensory reactivity to simple and complex visual and acoustic stimuli in time load conditions.
(2) Individual rooms must be technically separated from each other.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
