DECLARATION
Federal ministries of metallurgy, engineering and electrical engineering
of 15 December 1989
amending Decree No. 136 / 1964 Coll., laying down the basic conditions for the delivery of repairs to engineering products
The Federal Ministry of Steel, Engineering and Electrical Engineering, in agreement with the participating central authorities and the State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, pursuant to § 392 (1) of Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll., in the full version published under No. 80 / 1989 Coll.:
Decree of the Ministry of General Engineering No. 136 / 1964 Coll., which issues the basic conditions for the supply of repairs to engineering products, is amended as follows:
1. In the title, the words "and electrical" shall be inserted after the word "mechanical engineering."
2. In Article 1 (1), the words "and electrical" shall be inserted after the words "mechanical engineering."
3. Paragraph 2 (1) shall be deleted. The numbering of paragraphs shall also be deleted.
4. Paragraph 3 (1) shall be deleted. Paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 shall be renumbered paragraphs 1, 2 and 3.
5. In Article 13 (1), the words "within the time limits laid down by the guidelines are deleted. If the deadlines are not set, they shall submit them. ';
6. § 14 is deleted.
7. In Article 16 (2), the words: "for those machines for which it is provided in the methodological guidelines, as well as' are deleted.
8. In Article 21 (1) (b), the words "a central authority to a superior supplier 'shall be replaced by the words" an authority to the Hodjská proceedings'.
9. In Paragraph 22 (1), the words "within 15 days of the deadline set for the distribution of the plan for the year concerned 'shall be deleted.
10. the last sentence of Paragraph 36 (1) shall be deleted.
11. § 39 is deleted.
12. In Paragraph 40 (2), the words "in their final specification" shall be deleted.
13. paragraphs 3 and 4 are deleted in Paragraph 40.
14. In Section 41, the words "in the guidelines or list of products issued by the Ministry of Construction or 'are deleted.
15. in Paragraph 42 (1), the words "guidelines do not specify or" shall be deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 1990.
