in the Decree of the Federal Ministry for Technical and Investment Development and the State Planning Commission No. 128 / 1978 Coll., on Comprehensive Housing and Investment Systems, which make Comprehensive Housing, Czech edition
In Article 11 (3), after subparagraph (c), an incomplete, unmarked subparagraph was created by the fault of the printer, which:
"it would not be possible to ensure further construction in accordance with § 9. '
There should be a subparagraph (d) correctly, which reads:
"(d) if there are conflicts, proceed mutatis mutandis in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 9."
