DECLARATION
Chief Arbiter of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic
of 20 March 1970
extending the effectiveness of the adjustment of property penalties for electricity and heating gas supplies and purchases
The main arbitrator of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, pursuant to § 395 of the Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll. and in order to implement the Resolution of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic of 17 September 1969:
The effectiveness of the Order of the Chief Arbiter of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No. 121 / 1969 Coll., on the transitional adjustment of property penalties for electricity and heating gas supplies and purchases is extended until 31 March 1971.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 1970.
