on State aid for natural disasters.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
Support for natural disasters.
(1) Persons affected by damage caused by natural disasters on agricultural property may, in cases of particular concern, in particular if, as a result of such damage, the implementation of the single economic plan would be jeopardised by State aid provided by the State budget. Similarly, aid may be granted in the event of damage caused by a natural disaster on non-agricultural property.
(2) There is no legal right to grant aid under the preceding paragraph.
Granting of aid.
(1) Only Czechoslovak citizens residing in the territory of the Czechoslovak Republic and legal persons having their registered office in that territory may be granted aid.
(2) Aid shall be granted in cash, in kind or in any other efficient way.
(1) The regional national committees decide on the granting of aid.
(2) Aid is granted for the cooperation of regional and local national committees.
(3) High supervision of the granting of aid and the management of support actions is the responsibility of the Ministry of Agriculture in the case of natural disasters in agricultural assets, in the case of natural disasters in non-agricultural assets.
A directive.
The details of the granting of the aid, in particular the terms and conditions of the grant, the examination of the damage and the management, shall be laid down by the Ministry of the Interior and Agriculture in agreement with the State Office of Planning and the Ministry of Finance in the directives which they publish on the relevant official list.
The abolition of private funds.
(1) The original date of application of this Act enters into liquidation. The current management of these funds will carry out the liquidation and end normal cases under the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Agriculture in agreement with the Ministry of Finance and will transfer the rest of the assets to the Treasury.
(2) The date of completion of the liquidation to be declared by the Ministry of Agriculture on the relevant official list is hereby repealed.
Exemption from benefits and charges.
Documents and official acts in proceedings under this law shall be exempt from administrative and fee charges.
Final provisions.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

3. Government Decree No 74 / 1928 Coll., on the compensation of land tax on the grounds of natural damage to agricultural crops, and Government Decree No 75 / 1928 Coll., on the granting of aid for natural disasters,
4. Government Decree No. 38 / 1940 Coll., amending and supplementing Act No. 76 / 1927 Coll., on Direct Taxation, and Act No. 118 / 1927 Coll., on the granting of aid in respect of natural disasters, and Government Decree No. 39 / 1940 Coll., on Reimbursement of Land Tax and Aid in respect of natural disasters; and
5. all the provisions on contributions and replacement allocations to natural funds, in particular Article 2 (2) of Act No. 77 / 1927 Coll., on the reorganisation of the financial economy of the volumes of territorial government.
This Act shall take effect on the 30th day following its publication; It shall be implemented by the Agriculture and Interior Ministers in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
