Decree of the Minister for Foreign Affairs
of 4 February 1946
on the expiry of trade agreements, agreements, conventions and arrangements between the Czechoslovak Republic and the hostile states, as well as on the nullity of all agreements, agreements, conventions and arrangements of the same kind, concluded at a time of non-freedom.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs announces, pursuant to § 2 (b) of Decree of the President of the Republic of 23 June 1945, No 19 Coll., on the Collection of Laws and Regulations of the Czechoslovak Republic:
§ 1.
All trade agreements, agreements, conventions and arrangements, including additional and additional conventions and protocols, negotiated between the Republic of Czechoslovakia on the one hand and between Germany, Italy, Hungary, Finland, Bulgaria, Romania or Japan on the other hand, are deemed to have been abolished by the outbreak of war and have therefore ceased to be valid in the territory of the Czechoslovak Republic on the date on which the war between the Contracting Parties took place.
§ 2.
According to Article 1 of the Decree, in particular, trade agreements, agreements, conventions, arrangements, additional and additional conventions and protocols agreed between:

§ 3.
All trade agreements, agreements, conventions and arrangements, including additional and supplementary conventions and protocols, negotiated during the period of non-freedom by the non-constitutional authorities, exercising effective power on the territory of the Czechoslovak Republic are also invalid.
