of 13 June 2002
amending Decree No 287 / 1999 of the Ministry of Agriculture Coll., on animal health requirements for animal products, as amended
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 75 (3) of Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Veterinary Act):
Decree No 287 / 1999 Coll., on animal health requirements for animal products, as amended by Decree No 400 / 2001 Coll. and Decree No 441 / 2001 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 69 (1) (a):
| „a) skot mladší 30 měsíců | 20,- Kč, |
| skot starý 30 měsíců a více | 1 370,- Kč, |
| skot starý 24 měsíců a více poražený nutnou porážkou | 1 350,- Kč, |
| tele | 6,- Kč,“. |
2. In Article 69, the following paragraph 5 is added:
"(5) The provisions of paragraph 4 shall not apply to the reimbursement of costs associated with the inspection of bovine animals aged 30 months or more and the inspection of bovine animals aged 24 months or more slaughtered by the necessary slaughter; the reimbursement of costs in these cases is CZK 1,390. '
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
