On 11 July 2001, the Constitutional Court decided in plenary on the proposal of the prerogative of the District Office of Praha- west to repeal Article 5 of the Ordinary Order of the Municipality of Dobřichovice No 1 / 97 on local charges
as follows:
Article 5 of General Order No 1 / 97 of the Municipality of Dobřichovice of 3 April 1997, as amended on 16 September 1998, 10 February 1999 and 25 November 1999, shall be deleted from the date of publication of the finding in the Collection of Laws.
