DECLARATION
of 23 August 2023
on the issue of a commemorative silver two hundred crown for the 150th anniversary of the birth of Max Švabinský
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 22 paragraph 1 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 89 / 2018 Coll.:
(1) On 13 September 2023, the 150th anniversary of the birth of Max Švabinský is issued with a commemorative silver coin of CZK 200 (hereinafter referred to as the "two hundred crowns").
(2) Two hundred koruna is issued in the normal version and in a special version with polished field of coin and matte relief.
(3) Two hundred koruna is rolled from an alloy containing 925 parts of silver and 75 parts of copper. The weight of the two-hundredth crown is 13 g, its diameter 31 mm and its strength 2,2 mm. In the case of an embossing of two hundred crowns, the tolerance in the silver content shall be up to 1%, the difference in weight up to 0,26 g, the tolerance in diameter 0,1 mm and the tolerance in thickness 0,15 mm. The edge of two hundred crowns in normal design is serrated, the edge of two hundred crowns in special design is smooth with the feature "CZECH NATIONAL BANKA * Ag 0.925 * 13 g *."
(1) On the front of the two hundred crown part of the painting of Max Švabinské Poverty Region is represented. At the left edge of the coin there is a denomination with the abbreviation "200 CZK." The text "CZECH REPUBLIC 'is incorporated into the representation of a part of the image in the lower right part of the coin field. The brand of the Czech Mint is placed at the bottom of the coin.
(2) On the reverse side of the two hundred crown is represented a portrait of Max Švabinski. At the left edge of the coin is the text "1873 - 2023." Before the text "1873" are the initials of the author of the coin MgA. Josef Oplištil, which are made up of composite letters "J" and "O." The text "MAX SWABIN" is placed on the right below the portrait.
(3) The picture of the two hundred crown is given in the annex to this decree.
This Decree shall take effect on 13 September 2023.
