On 19 July 2016, the Constitutional Court decided, under sp. zn. Pl. ÚS 18 / 16, in plenary composed of the President of the Court of Paul Rychetský and the Judges and Judges of Louis David, Josef Fiale, Jan Filip, Jaromír Jirsa, Tomáš Lichovník, Jan Musil, Vladimir Sládek, Radovan Suchánek, Kateřina Šitáková (Judge of the Rapporteur), David Haliř and Jiří Zemánek, on the proposal of the Ministry of the Interior for the annulment of the generally binding Ordinance of the Municipality of the Municipality of the Municipality of Výn as a party,
as follows:
General binding municipal decree All No 2 of 30 June 2015 on local traffic arrangements on public access special purpose communications in the territorial district of the village of Věžín is deleted from the date of publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
