THE LAW
of 5 November 1998
on the withdrawal of an additional salary for the second half of 1998 to representatives of state power and certain state bodies, judges, prosecutors and members of the Securities Commission Presidium
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Representatives of state power and some state authorities, (1) prosecutors (m3) and members of the Securities Commission's presidium (4) are not subject to the next clause (5) for the second half of 1998.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.

1) § 1 (a) to (f) of Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., on the salary and other formalities relating to the performance of the duties of representatives of State authority and of certain state bodies and judges.
2) § 1 (g) of Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll.
3) Article 1 of Act No. 201 / 1997 Coll., on the salary and certain other requirements of the prosecutors and amending and supplementing Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration for on-call duty in the budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended.
4) Paragraph 21 (1) of Act No. 15 / 1998 Coll., on the Securities Commission and amending and supplementing certain laws.
