In accordance with Article 15 (4) of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on the technical requirements for products and amending and supplementing certain laws, as amended, by Decision No 68 / 2019 of 28 August 2019, No MPO 51579 / 19 / 31800 / 01000, PID: MIPOX02IZC54, the Czech Institute for Accreditation, o. p. s., based in Prague 3, Olšanská 54 / 3, IČO 25677675:
1. carrying out accreditation of validation and verification bodies according to the standard ČSN EN ISO 14065: 2013 and other standards that amend or replace the standard ČSN EN ISO 14065: 2013,
and
2. the accreditation of EMAS environmental statement verifiers according to Regulation (EC) No 1221 / 2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council and other provisions amending or replacing this Regulation.
The Decision entered into force on 14 September 2019.
