The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 4 (5) of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and on amending certain related laws (budgetary rules):
This decree regulates the scope and structure of the supporting documents for drawing up the medium-term outlook of the State budget (hereinafter referred to as the "medium-term perspective ') and the deadlines for their transmission.
(1) The Ministry of Finance (hereinafter "the Ministry"), when preparing the draft medium-term perspective, communicates to the administrators of the chapters of the State Budget (hereinafter "the Chapter Managers"), to the State Funds and to the Council of the Government of the Government for the period of 2 years following the year for which the State budget is presented, estimates of the development of the basic macroeconomic indicators of the Czech economy (volume and year-on-year dynamics of gross domestic product at current prices, inflation rate, unemployment rate, year-on-on-year dynamics of public sector pay) and the basic objectives of the medium-term budgetary policy.
(2) The Chapter Manager shall submit to the Ministry within 30 days of the date of receipt of the Ministry's notification referred to in paragraph 1 the data for the compilation of the medium-term perspective, including the comment to the extent and structure set out in Annexes 1 to 6 to this Decree.
(3) The State Fund, which requires resources from the State Budget, shall submit to the Ministry the data for the establishment of the medium-term perspective within 30 days of the date of receipt of the Ministry's notification referred to in paragraph 1, to the extent and structure set out in Annex 7; it shall provide detailed comments on these data. An application for a subsidy may be submitted only with the consent of the body under whose jurisdiction the State Fund belongs.
(4) Written data for the compilation of the medium-term outlook containing classified information shall be transmitted to the Ministry at the appropriate level of secrecy. Data in electronic form shall not contain classified information.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
