DECISION
President of the Republic
of 1 August 2000
on the announcement of elections to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic
Pursuant to Article 63 (1) (f) of the Constitution of the Czech Republic and Article 1 (3) of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 204 / 2000 Coll.,
Announcing elections
to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic in constituencies No 2, 5, 8, 11, 14, 17, 20, 23, 26, 29, 32, 35, 38, 41, 44, 47, 50, 53, 56, 59, 62, 65, 68, 71, 74, 77 and 80, in which the four-year term of the Senators expires in accordance with the law and I will set the date of their holding on Sunday, 12 November 2000.
