DECLARATION
Czech National Banks

on the issue of commemorative silver CZK 200 for the 100th anniversary of the start of the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra
The Czech National Bank provides according to § 22 (a) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank:
§ 1
(1) On the 100th anniversary of the start of the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra, commemorative silver two hundred crowns (hereinafter "two hundred crowns") are issued.
(2) Two hundred koruna is issued in the normal version and in a special version intended for collector's purposes with a polished field of coin and matte relief (hereinafter referred to as the special version).
(3) Two hundred korona in normal and special design is rolled from an alloy containing 900 parts of silver and 100 parts of copper. The weight of the 2-hundredth crown is 13 g, its diameter 31 mm and the force 2,3 mm. The edge of two hundred crowns in normal design is serrated, the edge of two hundred crowns in special design is smooth. In the case of two-hundredth stamping in normal and special design, the permitted tolerance shall be up and down on average 0,1 mm and at a thickness of 0,15 mm. The permitted tolerance is up to 0,26 g in weight and 1% in silver.
§ 2
(1) On the face of two hundred crowns there is a large national character of the Czech Republic. The name of the State "CZECH REPUBLIC" is in an unclosed copy under a state emblem. Under the national emblem in the middle there is two rows indicating the denomination of the coin with the abbreviation "200 CZK." In the unclosed copy above the state emblem, the year of the two-hundred crown "1996." The mark of the mint which struck the two hundred crown is placed in the middle below the year of the stamping.
(2) On the back of a two-hundred crown, Rudolfina's stylized building is a still life symbolising music created by stylized musical instruments. At the lower edge of the two-hundredth crown, the text "CZECH FILHARMONIA" is in the unclosed copy, and at the upper edge of the two-hundredth crown is also in the unclosed copy "1896.1996." The author of the design of the two hundred crown is academic sculptor Vladimir Oppl. The initials of his name "VO 'are placed from the bottom up in the lower left of the Rudolfina building above the letter" S' in the word "CZECH '.
§ 3
This Decree takes effect on 13 December 1995.
