GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 29 September 1993
amending and supplementing the Decree of the Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic No. 512 / 1991 Coll., implementing Act No. 216 / 1991 Coll., on travel documents and travel abroad
The Government orders pursuant to § 4 (3) of Act No. 216 / 1991 Coll., on Travel Documents and Travel abroad:
Paragraph 3 (3) of the Decree of the Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic No. 512 / 1991 Coll., implementing Act No. 216 / 1991 Coll., on Travel Documents and Travel abroad, including Note 2) reads:
"(3) The information referred to in paragraph 1 (b) shall be entered in the travel document by foreign exchange banks and other persons authorised to sell foreign exchange funds. (2)
2) Paragraph 7 (5) of Foreign Exchange Act No. 528 / 1990 Coll., as amended by Act No. 228 / 1992 Coll. (full version No. 457 / 1992 Coll.). '
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 November 1993.
