amending the Decree of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 152 / 1988 Coll., implementing the Act on Social Security and the Act of the Czech National Council on the Jurisdiction of the Bodies of the Czech Socialist Republic in Social Security
The Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic provides in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and other participating central bodies pursuant to § 177 (4) of Act No. 100 / 1988 Coll., on Social Security, as amended by Act No. 110 / 1990 Coll., and under § 58 (d) and (f) of the Czech National Council Act No. 114 / 1988 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the Czech Socialist Republic institutions in social security:
The Decree of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 152 / 1988 Coll., implementing the Act on Social Security and the Act of the Czech National Council on the Jurisdiction of the Bodies of the Czech Socialist Republic in Social Security, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 54, the words "up to 10 KCs' are replaced by the words" up to 12 KCs'.
2. In Section 122 (2), part of the second sentence is deleted after the semicolon and the last sentence.
3. Annex 7 (1) shall read as follows:
"(1) Meal according to the Decree of the MZSV of the Czech Republic of 26 June 1990 on catering in social care facilities No payment is required for the transport of food to the facility or for delivery to the resident's residential unit (where necessary, where the mobility of the population is limited). '
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 1990.
