of 7 December 1949
adapting certain organisational issues in the field of justice.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
§ 1.
Prague shall be designated as the seat of the Supreme Court.
§ 2.
For all proper courts in the Czechoslovak Republic, the period from 1 January 1950 to 31 December 1951 shall apply for the period of their new organisation under Paragraph 141 (2) of the Constitution.
§ 3.
The term "President 'or" Vice-President' shall be replaced by "President 'in the current official titles of the professional Judges in the regional courts, the national court, the Supreme Court and the Administrative Court.
§ 4.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1950, with the exception of Article 3, which shall take effect on the date of its publication; by the Prime Minister and the Minister of Justice.
