The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 20 (8), § 28 (6) and § 71 of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 383 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 49 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 472 / 2011 Coll.:

Amendment of the order on secondary education and education in the Conservatory

Čl. I

Decree No. 13 / 2005 Coll., on Secondary Education and Education in the Conservatory, as amended by Decree No. 374 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 400 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 197 / 2016 Coll., Decree No. 145 / 2018 Coll., Decree No. 200 / 2021 Coll., Decree No. 126 / 2022 Coll. and Decree No. 250 / 2022 Coll., is amended as follows:

1. In Paragraph 6b (2), "12 'is replaced by" 24'.

2. In Paragraph 6d (1), "200 'is replaced by" 400' and "10 'is replaced by" 20'.
