DECLARATION
of 8 August 2016
amending Decree No. 296 / 2015 Coll., on Technical and Economic Parameters for the Determination of Quotation Prices for Electricity Production and Green Bonus on Heat Production and Determination of Lifetime of Electricity Production and Heat Production from Renewable Energy Sources (Technical and Economic Parameters Decree)
According to Article 53 (2) (a) and (b) of Act No. 165 / 2012 Coll., on Supported Energy Sources and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 131 / 2015 Coll.:
Article I. (3) of the Electricity Production Annex to Decree No. 296 / 2015 Coll., on Technical and Economic Parameters for the Determination of Extraction Prices for the Production of Electricity and Green Bonus on Heat and on the Determination of the Life of Electricity Production and Heat Production from Renewable Energy Sources (Order on Technical and Economic Parameters) reads as follows:
'3. Average investment costs and annual use of installed power:

Note: In the case of annual use of installed power, this is the net value, i.e. reduced by the technological own consumption of electricity. '
Transitional provision
For electricity plants put into service before the date of entry into force of this Order, the technical and economic parameters according to Decree No. 296 / 2015 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Order, shall be used.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2017.
