DECLARATION
of 10 October 2007
amending Decree No. 6 / 1991 of the Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic Coll., on the establishment of the state nature reserves of Borek near Velhartic, Four Cane, Kralický Snežník, Rejzviz, In peat and their protection zones and on the establishment of the state natural reserves of the Buká hill, Holina, Kokšín, Lopata, Lipa, Tromanská Rocks, Habřová seche, Žákova hora, Pradad, Dry hill and Deer bučina, as amended
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 90 (11) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended:
Decree No. 6 / 1991 Coll., on the establishment of the state nature reserves of the Borek near Velhartic, Four Hams, Kralický Snežník, Rejviz, In the peat and their protection zones and on the establishment of the state natural reserves of the Buká hill, Holina, Kokšín, Lopata, Lipa, Tríman rocks, Habřová seche, Žákova hora, Pradad, Dry hill and Deer's beech, as amended by Decree No. 432 / 2000 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (1), the words "Deer beech 'are deleted.
2. in § 1 (3) (h) to (o):
"(h) for booking Kokšín in Annex 8,
(i) to book Lopata in Annex 9,
(j) for booking Lip in Annex 10,
(k) for booking the Troman Rock in Annex 11,
(l) for the reservation of Habra Seed in Annex 12,
m) for booking the Pupil Mountain in Annex 13,
(n) for the reservation of Pradad in Annex 14; and
(o) to book the Dry Hill in Annex 15. ';
3. in Article 1 (3), point (p) shall be deleted;
4. Annex No 16 is deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 November 2007.
