laying down the model and the implementation of the certificate of inspectors of the State Office of Labour Inspection and Regional Labour Inspectorate
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 39 of Act No. 251 / 2005 Coll., on Labour Inspection:
The model and the certification of the inspectors of the State Office of Labour Inspection and Regional Labour Inspectorate, which entitles them to carry out the inspection under the Labour Inspection Act and which are proved to be in the annex to this Order.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2005.

The inspector's document is made on the price paper with watermark tripetal, 100 g / m2, raster underprint iris transition, state sign of the Czech Republic single-colour, red lighting number of the licence, line with microism.
The labour inspector's card is 99 × 68 mm and is stored in a 105 × 74 mm plastic packaging.
