GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 16 August 2023
amending Government Regulation No 75 / 2005 Coll., establishing the scope of direct teaching, direct education, direct teaching and direct teaching and psychological activities of teaching staff, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 23 (5) of Act No. 563 / 2004 Coll., on pedagogic workers and on the amendment of certain laws:
Government Decree No. 75 / 2005 Coll., establishing the scope of direct teaching, direct education, direct teaching and direct pedagogical and psychological activities of teaching staff, as amended by Government Decree No. 273 / 2009 Coll., Government Decree No. 239 / 2015 Coll., Government Decree No. 195 / 2019 Coll., Government Decree No. 562 / 2020 Coll. and Government Decree No. 125 / 2022 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2 (1), the words "direct teaching, direct education, direct teaching and direct pedagogical and psychological activities (" direct pedagogical activity ')' are replaced by "direct pedagogical activities'.
2. In Article 2, at the end of paragraph 1, the sentence "If the scope of the hours of direct pedagogical activity of a teaching staff member is not specified in the Annexes to this Regulation, the principal of the school shall set it for a maximum of 32 hours per week."
3. In Annex 1, point 14.1, the word "teacher 'is replaced by" educator'.
4. in Annex No 1, point 14.2 is deleted;
5. In Annex No 1, the following point 16.3 is inserted after point 16.2:

Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 September 2023.
