repealing Government Regulation No. 202 / 2020 Coll., laying down the price moratorium on rent from flats
The Government orders pursuant to § 9 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended by Act No. 403 / 2009 Coll.:
Repeal
Government Decree No. 202 / 2020 Coll., establishing a price moratorium on rent from flats, is repealed.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication.
